SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the OpticWise text messaging program ("OpticWise Notifications"). They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Program Overview

OpticWise, Inc. ("OpticWise," "we," "us") may send SMS/text messages to individuals who explicitly opt in on a public form on opticwise.com — for example, our Contact page or complimentary review request forms. Messages relate to your inquiry and may include appointment confirmations, review scheduling, follow-up communications, and service-related informational updates.

How You Opt In

Opt-in requires checking an SMS consent checkbox on an OpticWise web form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and uses language substantially similar to:

I agree to receive SMS messages from OpticWise about my request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Providing a phone number without checking the consent box does not enroll you in this program. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services from OpticWise.

Message Frequency & Rates

• Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month depending on your interactions with OpticWise.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from this program. Other keywords that unsubscribe you include: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and STOPALL.

Privacy & Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile information collected for this program is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to administer your messaging preferences. For broader privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers & Delivery

OpticWise is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by wireless carrier issues, network conditions, or device incompatibility. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carrier participation may change without notice.
